1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Triajj (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. About Triajj

Triajj is an online marketplace that allows patients (“Users”) to search for and book appointments with licensed healthcare practitioners (“Practitioners”). Triajj is not a healthcare provider and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Each person may maintain only one patient account.

5. Booking Appointments

Triajj facilitates connections between patients and healthcare practitioners but is not responsible for the medical care provided. Appointment availability is determined solely by the Practitioner. You are responsible for attending booked appointments or cancelling within the timeframe specified by the Practitioner. No-shows or late cancellations may result in fees as outlined by the Practitioner.

6. Healthcare Practitioners

Practitioners on Triajj represent and warrant that they:

• Hold valid, current licenses to practice in their applicable province
• Maintain appropriate professional liability insurance
• Comply with all applicable healthcare laws and professional standards
• Are solely responsible for the medical care and advice they provide

Regarding platform content, Practitioners must:

• Only upload accurate and representative profile and clinic photos
• Keep profile information current, including credentials and availability
• Ensure any Google Calendar integration accurately reflects their true availability

Triajj does not independently verify all credentials in real time and does not guarantee the quality of care provided by any Practitioner.

7. Reviews and Ratings

Patients may submit ratings and reviews about Practitioners following appointments. By submitting a review, you confirm it is truthful, accurate, and based on your personal experience. Triajj reserves the right to remove reviews that violate these Terms or are otherwise harmful.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Submit false or misleading information
• Interfere with the operation of the Platform
• Attempt to access another user's account without authorization
• Use the Platform to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Upload inaccurate, misleading, or offensive content

9. Disclaimer of Medical Advice

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Triajj shall not be liable for:

• The quality, accuracy, or outcomes of medical care provided by any Practitioner
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform
• Any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to Triajj in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Triajj and its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to the Platform or its users.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that province.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
